Bug Description
1) Do some filtering
2) Click Nodes to try to clear all filters. Nothing happens
3) Click on my username in top right
4) All filters are cleared

Even stranger there's some state that thinks the filters are applied, the filter widget itself shows that the filters are applied and if I toggle one of them off then the filters that I had from 1) are re-applied
