Bug Description
In most text boxes you can double click to select a word and triple clicking selects everything. Or, you can click and drag to select text.
That doesn't always work with the power parameters text boxes on MAAS 1.8 (at least with Chrome), although sometimes it does. The only reliable way to select text is via the keyboard, with either ctrl+a or shift + arrow keys.

Hi Blake,
I have a feeling this bug is being effected by the span to edit effect we were trying to achieve a while ago. Can we remove the wrapper around each input so on Chrome you can select the text and that will fix this bug.
