"Output volume" and "Input volume" sections/icons from the "Sound" plug are vertically misaligned

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "System Settings".
2. Click on the "Sound Effects" tab.
3. Notice that the speaker icons from "Alert volume" are properly aligned to its slider, whereas the speaker icons from "Output volume" aren't.
4. Click on the "Input" tab.
5. Notice the same issue with the microphone icons.
