Bug Description
When I click in the same slide, in live, the transition happens.
The same happens when I am in first slide and I type 'up arrow', and when I am in last slide and I type 'down arrow'.
I tested in a Ubuntu Studio 14.04.
Version of OpenLP: 2.1.4.

Maybe the correct way is to set an option if transition should be used between identical slides or not.
