Bug Description
If (when) capnet misbehaves, it shows people are homepage. Several people have said this looks like an advertisement. It reflects poorly on us to have the interpretation. We should change the page it attempts to load to something else. Maybe something that just says "You're connected to the Internet" and has some "Why am I seeing this window" info.
Of course ideally, nobody ever sees that. But too many people are seeing it to where I think it's a real problem.
