    Dell Eqlx: Use generic option ssh_timeout

    Deprecated the driver specific option eqlx_cli_timeout
    in favor of generic option ssh_conn_timeout.

    Config parameter eqlx_cli_timeout parameter will be
    removed in M release

    Closes Bug: #1484284
