Bug Description

ADT tests for openvswitch are failing while installing the test dependancies:

  Tests: dkms ma openflow
  Depends: module-assistant, mininet, iperf, openvswitch-switch,
    openvswitch-brcompat, openvswitch-controller
   Restrictions: needs-root

mininet is the test dependancy which is missing, missing because it is only available in backports:

  $ rmadison mininet
   mininet | 2.0.0-0ubuntu1~ubuntu12.04.1 | precise-backports/universe | source, amd64, armel, armhf, i386, powerpc
