Bug Description
The EBS provider says the minimum disk size is 1GiB, and the maximum disk size is 1TiB. This is true for magnetic disks.
For SSD, the minimum is also 1GiB, but the maximum is 16TiB. For provisioned IOPS, the minimum is 4GiB, and the maximum is 16TiB.
