empty text boxes should be visible

Hi Friends,
Recently using Inkscape to make Inkscape tutorials, which i.e. involves a lot of text, I inadvertently discovered 15 tiny empty text boxes in the file. I think it was happening when I was trying to highlight text of a previously unselected text object, and I didn't get the mouse in the right place. Instead I was making tiny, empty boxes for flowed text.

At first I was thinking empty text boxes should automatically delete themselves. But after some discussion on the mailing list, it seems it would be better for the empty text boxes to be more visible. Someone suggested having them visible in Outline Mode. But I think they should be visible when the Text tool is enabled.

Having them visible when the Text tool is enabled, would allow Inkscape to be used to lay out text documents such as newletters, for example. And if they are accidentally created, they can be seen and deleted.

If anyone is used to the hidden empty text boxes, for some reason (which I can't think of, at the moment) they could start using hidden layers, to hide them when the text tool is enabled.

Having the empty text boxes visible will allow Inkscape to be even more useful, imo....assuming someone wants to take up the job :-)
