Bug Description

Staging job https://old-stable-ci.infra.mirantis.net/job/5.0.3.staging.centos.bvt_1/354/ has been failed due to failed hwclock remote call on master node:

Failed to execute "hwclock -s" on remote host: ['select() to /dev/rtc to wait for clock tick timed out\n']

All other logs are attached to the failed job.

Marked as invalid because it was not reproduced on next builds. It seems that problem's root case is huge difference between Fuel VM time and current time, and sometimes, default hwclock execution time frame may be not enough to sync it.
