Translation question: who is entering?

Bug Description

I have a question regarding the following ambiguous string:

    init/job_process.c:1258
    "unable to enter cgroup: %s"

Is the process itself entering the group, or is the process entering the group as a parameter into something else?

Maybe it's bet to add a translators' comment to the source code for everybody.

Here's another one - I don't want to open too many bugs for these:

      init/main.c:207
     "flag a re-exec has occurred"

I do not understand this string at all.

And another one that's tricky for me:

    init/process.c:80
    "main"

My language requires that I specify what this is the main of - main process, main console?

    init/quiesce.c:129
    "Quiescing due to %s request"

Can I translate "quiesce" as "ending/cleaning up the session"?
