Bug Description
This problem has existed in ubuntu-mate for many releases. It's difficult to enlarge a terminal window by capturing the right side, bottom side, or bottom right corner for dragging. The highlighting is so touchy that numerous tries must be attempted to enlarge a window or shrink one for that matter. This issue doesn't exist in other builds of Ubuntu - it seems to be localized to the Mate version.
