Bug Description
Since the 2.6.0 release pypi policy changed and release tarballs can't be hosted on launchpad anymore, they have to be uploaded tohttp:
This caused Bug #1323805 which only fixed the issue for 2.6.0
Releasing 2.7.0 revealed other issues, this bug will track them.
