In Vcenter UI static ip address flag not shown in VN display in vcenter UI

Bug Description

From the vcenter UI, create VN with static address flag checked.
After create the VN display doesnt show the static Ip address flag, in VN display

See the attched file for screenshot.

This is with 3.0.17 build.

This feature is used by one of the customers. Customer won't be able to update to 3.0 without proper display.
