ran with bin/mir_integration_tests:

ran with ctest:

So, I guess something about the alarm changing is making the BufferScheduling suite take longer in ctest only (40s, the bulk of the time)

Sounds like something that could hurt us in production if the effects are wider than just the test suite. Needs some serious investigation between Mir 0.22.0
