Bug Description

https://review.openstack.org/#/c/297164 introduced a new task called heat-cfn-keystone but the puppet_manifest path is incorrect which causes deployment to fail.

Steps to reproduce:
Attempt to deploy with the mentioned review in the code base, wait for it to fail.

Expected results:
Deployment passes

Actual results:
Deployment fails at the heat-cfn-keystone task due to improperly configured task path.

    Revert "Add ability to configure heat-cfn keystone auth_name via hiera"

    This reverts commit fad1a25e3e25ef4bb5dfd6f5afa153a49ee11a94.

    The change has an incorrect puppet_manifest in the heat-cfn-keystone
    task which causes deployments to fail.
