The gallery app binary should be stripped to reduce file size and disk footprint
find com.ubuntu.gallery/ -type f | xargs file | grep 'not stripped'
com.ubuntu.

not sure what to do here, we typically build the click from jenkins, must be not stripping. We might need to build manually for now then strip when we have our own jenkins instance
