Bug Description
SM UI:R3.0 build 28: Add ubuntu image fails with error wrong version
Add image from UI fails in 3.0 build 28 with error “wrong id, path"
With following data
W
Works with CLI and display is fine in UI as follows

Remove the image and try to add ubuntu 14-04-2 iso image from UI, observe that it fails as below
