Bug Description
Some tests cause "Connection pool is fool" warnings in log. And cluster became very slow.
Rally tests may cause multiple calls in dvs-agent for operations at the same time. Most of them make calls to vSphere over oslo-vmware lib.
It needs to increase connection pool and decrease concurrent vSphere calls.
