Bug Description
Message sounds do not appear in "Sound" setting in tablets. They should be there as those settings are used by push notifications, so they make sense even when SMS service is not possible.

I don’t think other notifications *should* use the same sound effect as messages do … but I guess that can be fixed later by introducing a messages-
