Steps:
1.Get a Krillin or Turbo
2.Insert only one SIM (no matter slot1 or slot2)
3.Try to make a phone call
4.try to send a SMS

Actual result:
You can make a phone call, but cannot send a SMS because of dialog "No Sim card selected: You need to select a SIM card"

Expected result:
Be able to send SMS with single SIM card.

I can confirm this. I can reply to SMS messages, just not send new messages. Also DefaultSimForMessages is set to "ask", but it doesn't ask (i assume because it's single SIM)

gdbus call -y -d org.freedesktop.Accounts -o /org/freedesktop/Accounts/User32011 -m org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties.Get com.ubuntu.touch.AccountsService.Phone DefaultSimForMessages
 (<'ask'>,)

Can you try again on krillin image version 327?
We landed a fix that solves this problem.
