Bug Description

I am unable to install openssh-server on Ubuntu (6.06). Here's my output:

peter@peter-desktop:/etc/ssh$ sudo apt-get install openssh-server openssh-client
Password:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
E: Couldn't find package openssh-server
peter@peter-desktop:/etc/ssh$

I have selected all the the possible sources from the package manager and read a similar error report online.
unfortunately I am not computer savy enough to figure out how to install this in a clean manner without using.
the package manager, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Peter

It may have been a network issue I appologize if this is the case. Since I cannot get 6.06 to run in my Virtual PC environment with network adapter. I will be switching to version 7.04. For this reason I won't be able to comment on if it is possible to apt-get openssh-server with 6.06. I guess this bug report can be closed unless someone else is experiencing the same issue.

Definitely appears to be there - i'd blame your network, or mirror or something.
