From our analysis of the logs we find that the issue is happening because the 'Netboot' flag is not disabled after the reimage is completed and as a result it goes into a continuos reboot.
The cobbler logs show that the 'reimage' has indeed got completed. I don't think this has anything to do with multiple interfaces. This issue is not seen in other nodes and seems specific to only this setup.
We wanted to restart 'cobblerd' and see how things go but unfortunately before we could do that the SM package was uninstalled since the system seems to be part of the sanity testbed. Let's wait and see if we hit the issue again.
