Bug Description
Steps: to reproduce:
1. Connect Wifi or ethernet
2. Check ntpdate ntp.ubuntu.com is pass
3. Run networking/ntp case
Actual Result:
The case auto skip by checkbox and show comment below, but the function is normal
job cannot be started: resource expression "package.name == 'ntpdate'" evaluates to false
Other info:
