Bug Description
When trying to signing to login to ubuntuone (that requires 2FA for me), there is a systematic failure. It seems that an optional 2FA step is not part of the login flow,

This is indeed the case, thanks for reporting. I need to do a new release shortly as the screenshot server has stopped functioning correctly causing App Grid to freeze, so I might be able to include a fix for this.
