Bug Description

Return resolved vars for all resources, right now we are not doing this and returning local.
Also, add option to chose local vars.

    Return hosts resolved vars by default

    - Return resolved vars by default but users can also
    query specifically for non-resolved (local) variables
    by passing resolved-vlaues=false from command line.
