I am not able to see the ports after deploying the persona cluster in Juju 2.0

Bug Description

I wanted to use Percona cluster with 3 node and wanted to provide HA to the cluster the unit is ready and able to ssh into it but i need to look at the ports as well

Actually it looks like the charm never actually calls open_ports to update the juju model for exposure to the outside world.

Marking 'Triaged' and 'Medium' - typically mysql does not get exposed outside of an environment hence I don't consider this a high priority.

    Open default MySQL port after configuration

    Ensure that the default MySQL port, 3306, is opened
    as part of the charm configuration, allowing PXC to
    be exposed and accessed in environments where firewalling
    is enabled (such as AWS or GCE).
