Bug Description

Detailed bug description:
Consistency check for tasks fixtures in idempotency system tests reports changes in deployment graph for allocate_hugepages task, so the fixtures should be updated.

Steps to reproduce:
Execute any of LCM tests (e.g. idempotency_1_ctrl_1_cmp_1_cinder)

Expected result: the env config under test is successfully deployed.
Actual result: the test reports that no puppet run is performed for allocate_hugepages task (in contrast to what is defined in the corresponding fixture).

    Enable hugepages for idempotency tests

    At some point allocate_hugepages task started
    to execute on a condition (that hugepages are set
    for a node in question).
    To cover checking allocate_hugepages task for
    idempotency the tests have been updated to enable
    this setting.

    Also update idempotency task fixtures due to some new
    tasks appeared in deployment flow of the corresponding
    cluster configs.
