Bug Description

The Sync-Monitor's messages aren't translated in OTA-12, it works well in previous OTA-s.

The problem seems to be that sync-monitor is not present in the ubuntu-rtm/15.04 translation series (which is needed to get that into the translation exports).

I don't see sync-monitor there, not sure how it was working before. Maybe those strings were part of a different package. Anyway, we need this to be added there.
