Bug Description

Here is an example job artifacts https://product-ci.infra.mirantis.net/job/9.x.system_test.ubuntu.bonding_ha/50/
there is no logs collected to the master node's /var/log/remote.

Those contain some additional info, like OCF RA events, which is missing in the node's local logs

Master node logs are in logs-node-0.tar.gz (inside tar). Each examined master node archive in https://product-ci.infra.mirantis.net/job/9.x.system_test.ubuntu.bonding_ha/50/ contained /var/log/remote

In order to avoid misunderstanding we consider renaming master node archive.

folder naming for Fuel has changed in https://github.com/adobdin/timmy/commit/1b3263d32a5f1425956ac77747aa1d76deb93e71, we now call it "fuel" instead of "cluster-0/node-0". New package is on its way https://review.fuel-infra.org/#/c/25973
