Bug Description

9.1 snapshot #231, plugins from master

Steps to reproduce:
Run automated test deploy_toolchain_ha_platform_components

Expected result:
Test passed

Actual result:
Test failed with Bad Request code 400 [{"message": "Node '8': 6 network(s) are left unassigned", "errors": []}] on the step with network assignments.
Full trace: http://paste.openstack.org/show/569162/
Looks like Ironic requires one additional network. Let's remove Ironic from this test, deeper investigate it and create a separate test with Ironic.

Remove Ironic from test with platform components

Now this test fails on the step with network assignment
