Bug Description
Hotspot SSID name should be customized per device and not always use "Ubuntu" as default. The reason is that APs with the same name and authentication method are considered by the WiFi standards to belong to the same network.
This makes that when we have two Ubuntu phones with hotspot activated, clients try to roam between them. Having an unique identifier should be easy to do, maybe by mangling some MAC bytes.

Setting a custom device name is bug 1427106. My wireframe implies that by default it should be “{Person Name}’s Phone”. But that wouldn’t work for non-phone devices, so perhaps it should be “{Person Name}’s {Model Name}” (which would also work better if someone had multiple phones).
