Bug Description

During testing, we received false failures during uploads to a Swift API target with xbcloud. The utility tests for ETags assigned to individual upload streams, however, the test for completion includes a check on the string "Etag" which is previously set to "ETag". The test continually fails and terminates the subsequent uploads.
The code "if (get_http_header("Etag: ", ptr, etag, array_elements(etag))) {" needs to change Etag to ETag as previously set by the utility during session creation.
