Bug Description

ukui-common is an extension to autoconf, automake and libtool for the UKUI environment and UKUI using applications. Included are ukui-autogen.sh and several macros to help in UKUI source trees.
It is a part of UKUI desktop environment: Bug #1663477.

According to the master bug, this package is the same as mate-common except you replaced every occurrence of "mate" with "ukui"

Why is this needed? Why do we need this duplicate package in Ubuntu?

By the way, gnome-common (the original source that mate-common forked) is deprecated.

Hi, Jeremy, we don't want to just replace the string too, But if we don't fork those packages, Installing UKUI desktop environment will pull the Mate packages. :/
