Bug Description
When blind and buried vias were implemented this was done for the GTK GUI only.
The commands for this feature should be implemented in the pull down menus of the Lesstif GUI too..
One thing I noticed is that the end cap on the half circles drawn on the blind/buried via indicating the layers (by color) in the Lesstif GUI is square, while in the GTK GUI (GL) there is a rounded endcap visible (partly overlapping).
