Emergency save trys to save as non SVG format

Bug Description

Inkscape forces a quit automatically (at least in Win32 version) when it is
unable to auto-save a file. The specific example is when I started work by
opening a TIF that I was using for a background. After around 5 or 10
minutes, I had not yet saved the overall work as an SVG, so Inkscape
attempted to auto-save the file as a TIF. This failed, obviously, and
annoyingly informed me that Inkscape would now exit. Beyond the simple
annoying bug that it is, it is just simply funny yet problematic that a
feature meant to avoid such data loss causes it at the same time.

We actually do not have AUTOsave. What did you do to force it save as
TIFF?

Sounds like something else crashed it and the emergency save activated and tried to save it as the tif filename.
We really shouldnt let none svg filenames get remembered as the root doc filename.

Looks similar (file format excepted) to Bug #282421[Save As XAML Inkscape crashes after five minutes].

This bug report refers to very old behavior which was changed a long time ago. Right now, Inkscape will never try to overwrite the original file and will never create non-SVG files during an emergency save. The relevant code is in the function inkscape_crash_handler in inkscape.cpp.

Since this bug is already fixed in the 0.48 series, I'm marking this as fix released.
