Bug Description

R4.0 Build 4 Ubuntu 16.04 container

This entry does not make sense in the field ...we should remove this

Ubuntu container build depend on internal mirror to install
packages needed by docker/contrail. Once the build is done,
the repo entries for the internal mirror should be removed from
the container image.
