Bug Description

Openstack provisioning with kilo install package is failing with the following puppet error.

May 20 13:14:48 nodec10 puppet-agent[26677]: Local environment: "production" doesn't match server specified node environment "openstack_image", switching agent to "openstack_image".
May 20 13:14:52 nodec10 puppet-agent[26677]: Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 400 on SERVER: Invalid parameter multi_store on Class[Glance::Backend::File] at /etc/puppet/environments/openstack_image/modules/contrail/manifests/profile/openstack/glance.pp:214 on node nodec10.englab.juniper.net
May 20 13:14:52 nodec10 puppet-agent[26677]: Not using cache on failed catalog
