Shashi,

service instance 'ctest-si-09649991' is having wrong interface_list in service_instance_properties.

virtual_network in interface_list should be fqn not vn name alone

like 'default-domain:ctest-TestSvcHC-09873380:ctest-trans_right_vn-69982914' not just 'ctest-trans_right_vn-69982914'.
