orange circle to vizualize node selection

Bug Description
It would be handy to have orange circle growing/shrinking to represent
radius (idea borrowed from new touch selection functionality) while
selecting nodes (node tool) using mouse wheel.

This will be confusing when shrinking with the mouse wheel on a node different than the one which was used for growing: the circle will contain some nodes that are not selected. I think this would be visual noise and unnecessary.
