Bug Description

Hello.

I've been trying to find a vector graphics software that meets my needs,
and so far I have yet to find one that has everything. Switching back and
forth, importing and exporting between various programs is impractical and
slows work down considerably.

In terms of line control, I've found that the B-Spline tool in Creature
House's Expression 3 is excellent. It's very intuitive, and offers plenty
of flexibility. I find it much more suited to my needs than the standard
pen or bezier tools usually found in graphics programs.

However, Expression lacks a bucket fill tool, which I need. Apparently
Inkscape recently had such a feature added, so if it were also to gain a
B-Spline tool like Expression's it would have everything I need.

it would help if you could provide a detailed description of that tool or
a link to such description. not everyone has that software to test.

Basically the line's curve is determined solely by the positions of the
nodes, there's no tangent handles involved.
