Bug Description
Aborting commissioning (with testing) with a machine that has never been commissioned before, leaves 'pending' UI icons even though status of scripts are marked as aborted.
1. Add a machine
2. Starts commissioning
2. Click on 'Abort' action
3. The machine goes back to NEW
4. UI -> machine listing shows as 'pending'
5. UI -> machine details tabs show as 'pending'
6. UI -> tests or commissioning scripts show *correctly* as 'aborted'.
