Bug Description

In 3.0.2:

The Bills, Historical print template has the bill start date, but not the finish date available to it. Patrons are typically much more concerned with when they paid off a bill, and not when the bill began accruing.

In 3.0.7, I have found {{xact.xact_finish}} works. It does not show up in the preview, but it does print in my testing.

I have create branch which adds xact.xact_finish and xact.summary.last_payment_ts to the example data.

xact.xact_finish only displays when the billing is finalized, so I added a line in the template that displays the last payment date and time.

I also added a list of variables used and those that can be used in the comments of the template.
