Bug Description

In zaqar, there is always FAILURE "tripleo-ci-centos-7-scenario002-multinode-oooq-container" and we can't commit.Would you like help to check what happened? Thank a lot.

In queens there is no promotion yet, so no containers exist in docker.io registry's tripleoqueens namespace:- https://hub.docker.com/r/tripleoqueens/

queens promoted yesterday, so we have container images now at https://hub.docker.com/r/tripleoqueens/. Still some issue is there, will propose a patch to fix it.

    Fix rdo, tripleo dlrn url for queens

    Currently it was pointing to master, but it should
    point to queens repo which exists. This patch fixes it.
