Web client: No progress indicator when renewing items

Bug Description

This seems related to #1522638, but since that fix was released I'm reporting this as a new bug. The web client appears to have stalled when renewing large numbers of items.

Removing the pullrequest tag. More testing indicates the progress bar never closes if renewing from the Other/Special Circulations tab.

Edit: It actually seems to be that the progress bar never successfully closes, unless overridden by another invocation of the progress bar, which does close.

New branch, now with correct bug number, and an incrementing progress bar that closes correctly (thanks to the New Developers Group for that last bit!)

Pushed up a fix that will start incrementing at 1 to the same branch, so that the increments match the number of items being renewed.
