Bug Description
The separate call number prefix and suffix columns were removed from the grid as part of bug 1728147 as in that LP it seemed (to me at least) that the general consensus was that they both were redundant, since CN Label already showed both. I might have been too gun-ho about removing (what seemed) "redundant" columns from the grid.
Thus, this is just an LP to restore the separate prefix/suffix columns for the holds pull list, as it's needed in use cases where for example one needs to sort by suffix for example. It also maintains parity with how the XUL client was. Branch to follow.
