Bug Description

In 3.1.1

In the xul client there are tooltips available in the patron summary screen when you hover the mouse over the Last Activity date and over the home branch. The Last Activity's tooltip displays the type of activity and the home branch tooltip expands the short name of the OU to the long name. These are not present in the web client. While the home branch tooltip is rarely used, we do use the Last Activity tooltip quite often to see if the patron last used a sip2 service or logged into the opac.
