Bug Description
Steps to repro:
----------------
Brought up the UI using contrail-command container.
build 5.1.0 - latest
1. created a virtual network called vn1 with the subnet 10.10.10.0/24
2. Created a vm vm1 using the subnet of vn1
3. Then Updated the vn name from vn1 to vn-test
4. After updation the ip address of the vm is not shown in the UI.
