[k8s]: K8s sanity changes for R5.0 and master

Bug Description

1. Remove Node restart and Docker restart test cases from Sanity. Also remove kubelet restart on master.
   They can be fatal.
2. Added a DNS test case as part of sanity
3. Need to correct a node restart script which is performing agent restart
4. Increase the retry timer for Deployment replica cases. Current timer is not sufficient for all replicas to come up. Specially in case the node is a VM, the deployment replica creation is slow. It may be because of slow download.

Latest sanity runs happened no R5.0-104 and Master R5.1-144.
The fix has gone correctly in both the branches. Hence closing the issue.
