End routing at via connection to plane

Bug Description

After adding vias to connect a track to a plane, Kicad wants to keep routing, so I have to ESC out of routing. That’s not a big deal, but it changes the active layer, so I have to again change back to the original active layer. It would be nice to be able to stop routing after adding a via to a plane without changing layers. Perhaps hitting a key like CTRL or ALT while adding the via stops routing.

@Tom, your commit really falls under the category of new feature. While I'm sure the bug reporter will appreciate this new feature, it risks adding new bugs right before the stable release. If a bug is filed against your patch before the v5 release, it will have to be reverted. I want to tag rc3 on Friday and if no other issue crop up with a week, release v5 on 6/30.

I can confirm that the originator of this bug does appreciate this feature.

I'd like to test it out to help verify that it's working and hasn't caused any other issues, but so far I don't see it in the nightly build (6/20). When do you think it will come out so I can try it? I have no idea what the link is between the committed fixes and a build (I'm on Windows).
